We started IdaHome Loans as a husband and wife team in May of 1998. We met in 1990 while both of us were working in the mortgage industry. I was born and raised in Pocatello, so accepting an opportunity to open up the Southwestern Idaho area for a major lending operation was like coming home to me.
We worked together for another Mortgage Company at first, teaching mortgage brokers the tools of the trade was our focus. Soon after, we realized that we had much more to offer potential homebuyers than a well-trained broker. We opened IdaHome Loans for the purpose of offering our expertise and training directly to you, our most valuable asset- the homebuyer.
I have nearly 20 years experience in the retail finance business, moving into wholesale lending management. Lisa has 15 years of experience in wholesale lending with an emphasis on sub-prime lending and loan processing. We are both licensed with the Idaho Department of Finance as well as licensed to sell Real Estate here and in California. Together our experience and expertise is unparalleled.
We are lovers of the great outdoors and our families. We love to spend our free time golfing, skiing, fishing, and hunting with our Brittany Spaniels.
