Document Checklist



The following is a checklist of documentation that you may need to provide in order for your loan to be processed and will be needed for initiating your application. As your loan process progresses you may be asked to provide additional information.


  1. __ Copy of w2's and/or 1099's for the most recent 2 years


  2. __ Copy of last 2 paycheck stubs


  3. __ Last 2 months bank statements on all accounts


  4. __ Name, address and phone number of landlord, if applicable


  5. __ Last 2 years of living address


  6. __ If self employed or commissioned, copies of last 2 years tax returns, including all schedules


  7. __ Employment information for the last 2 years


  8. __ Name, address and phone number of your insurance agent


  9. __ If divorced, copy of divorce decree and/or child support


  10. __ Copy of a valid driver’s license
